Federal Government Office

This new construction port of entry included space for four federal agencies across four buildings. The two story main building housed three agencies and included standard federal office spaces plus waiting spaces for violators, command surveillance room, interview rooms, evidence storage, labs, fitness rooms, and dog kennels.

I worked with a team from GSA to meet with each agency and design spaces to meet each of their needs. Through the design process I kept the project schedule for each agency and a combined schedule of all agencies for the GSA team to use. This required me to create a multi tab schedule in Microsoft Excel that interconnected automatically so the overall schedule was always in sync with each agencies schedule.

My part of the project is complete, however the building will not be turned over for furniture installation until August, 2024. The GSA team will be overseeing the installation and the furniture punch on this project.
