This project started with schematic design renderings. The client asked me and a few other designers in the area to provide design ideas for a new space in their existing building. They desired an open, collaborative, and fun space for their groups to work as teams. After presenting my ideas, I was hired to bring those ideas into reality.
I created the FF+E package and building finishes for the renovation of the room. I worked with different manufactures, disciplines and the client from schematic design all the way through installation. I also crated shop drawings and worked closely with the fabricator to create a custom computer bar.
This project won 1st Place Small Commercial Space ASID Design Excellence Award in 2015
