Studied Physics and Astronomy until switching majors in my fourth year. While studying Classical Civilizations, I took many art history classes which detailed different art and design styles.

As senior designer I was lead Interior Designer on larger projects for the firm. Also responsible for delegating project work to other designers, working with Junior Designers on my projects, and completing internal checks of other designers work.
2012-2019

Worked as lead Interior Designer on projects, focusing mostly on federal government office spaces FF+E packages for competitive bids. This included meeting with clients to present ideas and options, space planning offices, written specifications and specification sheets, estimates, drawings, and finish selection. Also worked as Junior Interior Designer on larger projects for Senior Designers in the firm. These included office, education, and healthcare projects.

Responsible for maintaining order in a two-story design library. Replacing samples to correct location, entering new samples into library, and removing discontinued samples from library. Developed memo sample organization system. Created color boards to support Interior Designers on their projects.
2011
Interior Design Intern
University of Arizona, Residence Life
Computer drafted common areas of dormitories to create preferred layout floorplans that could be hung in each room for the residents assistants to easily check furniture count. Reviewed FF+E RFQ documents for specification compliance for new dormitory.

Created and presented CEU on writing and creating performance based specifications that can be used for an equal bidding process titled "Eliminate the Intimidation in Creating Performance Specifications" CEU included how to prepare specifications, FAR requirements and evaluation processes

Southern Arizona Chapter
1st Place Small Commercial Space for open office project that I completed. The project included schematic renderings, space planning, full FF+E package, and building finishes.
